Widely respected for her visionary approach to people strategy, Ann designs the comprehensive workforce frameworks that allow firms to launch and sustain excellence across Africa.

Currently advancing her influence as an HR scholar through a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) specializing in Strategy, Ann’s credentials including an MBA in Strategic Management and CHRP-K certification underscore her commitment to driving transformative change. She is a pioneer dedicated to nurturing talent and empowering organizations to reach their full potential by bridging the gap between high-level strategy and ground-level execution.

Our Selection Criteria:
We specifically support SMEs, MSMEs, and early-stage startups (less than 5 years of age). We chose this demographic because the first 60 months are the critical survival window where a lack of strategic framework often leads to failure. Most startups at this stage cannot afford high-level advisory, creating an "execution gap" that we are committed to closing.
